Tony Evans is a crafter of horror and dark fiction, father, wildlife biologist, and member of the Horror Writers Association. Originally from the Appalachian foothills of eastern Kentucky, Tony grew up listening to stories of mountain monsters and holler witches, and his writing tends to reflect the culture and folk-tales of the area. While he sometimes enjoys what is termed ‘quiet horror’, Tony is much happier watching good old-fashioned slasher movies and reading about The Boogeyman, demons, and anything else that may be hiding under the bed or in the closet. His writing influences include: Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker, and Ray Bradbury, whose early work and short fiction leaves him wondering where ‘true horror’ has gone. He currently lives in Bardstown, Kentucky where he spends his time with his wife and two young daughters – his favorite little monsters.
Renee Miller lives in Tweed, Ontario. She writes in multiple genres, but prefers dark fiction with strong elements of horror, erotica and/or comedy.
Josh Davis is an American horror author from Flint, Michigan. He has been in numerous anthologies including the ever popular Rejected for Content Series and Full Moon Slaughter 2: Altered Beasts. Just recently, he has put out a collection highly anticipated and not for the faint of heart- The Cure for ADHD. Josh lives in Montrose, Michigan with his fiance and three kids.
Gil Valle rose to infamy in October 2012 and became known to the world as the NYPD “Cannibal Cop” after he was arrested for allegedly plotting to kidnap, cook, and eat women. These “plans” were formulated on a fetish website between people who never communicated in real life, and it was later found that these were not real plans at all. Valle has since been completely exonerated, but his case remains in the forefront of a debate over the First Amendment, Internet privacy, and “thought crimes.” When, if ever, does a thought without any real action cross the line into criminal behavior and when are the civil rights of an American citizen violated? Gil Valle is a graduate of the University of Maryland and before his arrest, he was a member of the New York City Police Department for nearly seven years. He is a huge fan of the New York Yankees, the New York Football Giants, and almost everything Maryland Terrapins related. Valle currently resides in Queens, New York with his two dogs, Dudley and Tyson. He plans to continue writing fiction. All three of Valle’s books have been optioned for movies.
